Reference in Hooge & Tyler (2008) to Pseudohaplogonaria caribbea Hooge & Tyler 2007 must be a typographical error. Here it is said to be easily distinguished by its red rhabdoids, the same distinction said of P. rodmani in Hooge & Tyler (2007), and there is no P. caribbea mentioned in Hooge & Tyler (2007)
