Macrostomum zhaoqingensis Notes
Brand et al. (2022) (citation) found that M. zhaoqingensis clusters closely with M. inductum Kolasa, 1971, in a phylogenomic analysis and propose that it is a redescription of that species. Its status will depend on having more detailed molecular and morphological comparisons of the two.
