Allostoma amoenum Notes
Karling 1962 (citation)- p. 207, Allostoma amoenum is a rather aberrant species, obviously related to the "Euxinia" species and the problematic Graffia capitata Levinsen 1879. It differs clearly on most anatomical points from the externally resembling species, Allostoma graffi (Beauchamp 1913). In A. amoenum a kind of aberrant, evidently optical, sensory organ, the "frontal bodies", is described and compared with similar structures in Graffia capitata.
