Notes for Brinkmanniella augusti
In an addendum to the original description Westblad (1952: p.55) suggested that B. falklandica could be a synonym of B. augusti Marcus, 1951. Karling (1986: p.208) discusses both species after describing B. palmata, and suggests both could be synonymous to each other, as well as to B. palmata (especially B. falklandica)Return to Brinkmanniella augusti
