Gieysztoria choctaw Diagnosis


Species of Gieysztoria Ruebush & Hayes, 1939 with dorsocaudal humps and dark spots over the entire body. Up to 2.3 mm long. Stylet 250 ?m long and consisting of a half open, fenestrated and angular girdle, distally carrying nine to 13, symmetrically arranged falciform spines of different size, the largest pair with a basal collar. Ratio girdle/entire stylet 1/4.
