Typhlopolycystidinae Limipolycystis Diagnosis


Typhlopolycystidinae with proboscis 1/5 of body length long. Proboscis cone retractors divided into three groups. Testis situated caudally. Vitellarium unpaired. Accessory vesicle type II present. Accessory stylet type II present, tubular, being the only hard structure in the male system. Prostate vesicle type III and seminal duct opening close to thickened proximal rim of the stylet, which also receives the accessory vesicle type II. Seminal receptacle tube-shaped, connecting the bursa with the proximal part of the oviduct.
