Abstract / Notes
A morphological and taxonomic study with some ecological data. The following species are recorded for Poland for the 1st time: Catenula sekerai (the genus also new to Poland), Dalyellia expedita, rubra, brevimana, karisalmica, and Gyratrix hermaphroditus var. coeca. Morphological details are given for Dalyellia brevimana, karisalmica, striata (probably), scoparia, and Mesostoma rhynchotum, supplementing the existing scanty descriptions. The winter eggs of Macrostomum appendiculatum and the thin-shelled eggs of Phaenocora unipunctata are recorded for the 1st time. The existence of Dalyellia penicilla in 2 forms, large and small, is verified.
