Abstract / Notes
Three new species of Minoninae (Proseriata, Monocelididae), belonging to the genus Duplominona, are described from infralittoral sandy bottoms in the Bay of Calvi, Corsica [France]: D. paucispina sp. nov., D. corsicana sp. nov. and D. lingicirrus sp. nov. D. paucispina is characterized by a short cirrus with only nine spines of the same size and shape (5-5.6 .mu.m long); D. corsicana has a cirrus, 20 .mu.m long with numerous small spines (1-1.5 .mu.m) and D. longicirrus has a cirrus of 90 .mu.m length and numerous very fine spines of 0.5 .mu.m. An overview of the major diagnostic features of the 14 known species of the genus Duplominona is given as an identification key.
