Convolutida with common gonopore or solely male gonopore, separate male and female gonopore only in Philachoerus johanni. Male and female copulatory organs are highly variable, composite prostatoid organs occur frequently and exclusively in this clade. Body shape is usually convex on the dorsal side and flat on the ventral side.
