Doerjes 1968, p 108 (citation). Large animals, colored with rhabdoids, with subterminal gonopore. Antrum masculinum spacious, glandular, and muscular. Stimulatory organ conical with proximal glandular tuft. Ovaries paired. A bursa seminalis lacking, in general; in its place, one to many rostrad-directed mouthpieces associated with sperm masses which sometimes flow together. Penis strongly glandular. Testes follicular.
