Umagillinae Ozametra Diagnosis


Uterus consisting of two different parts:  an anterior part with common shape, and a posterior, sac-shaped par with many mature egg cocoons (sometimes half a dozen).  The germaries long and unforked, directed backward in the longish posterior end.  The seminal vesicle oviform.--Parasites in the intestine of sea-cucumbers.
     1.  Pharynx  just in front of the middle part of the body.  No eosophageal part (?).  A long intestine.  The testicles big and branched.  A protrusive, muscular penis.  The vitellaries consisting of two main stems at each side.  The vagina only provided with a receptaculum (?)...............................O. arbora (OZAKI) (in Stichopus japonicus SELENKA).
     2.  Pharynx near the anterior end of the body.  A muscular eosophageal part and a short intestine.  The testicle small and unforked.  A cuticular penis stiletto.  The vitellaries consisting of one main stem at each side.  The vagina provided with aqn anterior receptaculum and a posterior bursa copulatrix................O. elegans n.sp. (in Stichopus tremulus (GUNN.)
