Geoplana spenceri Dendy, 1889	1888			During the Easter vacation of 1888 Professor W. Baldwin Spencer obtained a few specimens of a fine land Planarian, remarkable from the intense blue colour of the ventral surface, in the neighbourhood of McMahon's Creek on the Upper Yarra, Victoria.
Geoplana spenceri Dendy, 1889	Aug 1888			I made an expedition myself, about the end of August 1888, to McMahon's Creek, to search for more specimens. I succeeded in obtaining about half a dozen of the worms on this occasion.
