Abstract / Notes
A new freshwater planarian from Liguria, Italy, belonging to the D. gonocephala group [D. brigantii sp. nov.] is described. The species is characterized by a parenchymatic adenodactyl laterally fused with the penis papilla. The taxonomic position of this new species within the D. gonocephala group is discussed.
